A Space for Healing, Growth, and Connection

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating the complexities of being human—trauma, relationship challenges, addiction, grief, family conflict, or the kind of inner disorientation that comes when life feels out of rhythm.

Each session is an invitation to come home to yourself.
We might explore how your nervous system holds stories from the past, how your relationships mirror your inner world, or how your values can guide you toward a more grounded, meaningful life.

Areas of Focus

  • Trauma and Post-Traumatic Growth

  • Relationship and Couples Therapy

  • Family Systems and Intergenerational Patterns

  • Anxiety, Depression, and Emotional Regulation

  • Identity, Purpose, and Life Transitions

  • Addiction and Recovery Support

Areas of Practice

  • Therapy is a space to slow down and listen to what’s happening inside you. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences to understand what’s getting in the way of feeling grounded or whole. You’ll learn to notice your patterns, care for the parts of yourself that have been hurting, and move toward the life you want with more clarity and strength.

  • Every relationship has a story. In couples therapy, we make space to understand how that story is being written—what’s working, what’s missing, and what each partner needs to feel seen and supported. Together, we’ll rebuild trust, communication, and connection so that love feels less like survival and more like partnership.

  • Before you step into marriage, it helps to build a strong foundation. Pre-marital counseling is a chance to explore your values, communication styles, and hopes for your future together. You’ll learn how to handle conflict, talk about hard topics, and create a shared vision that feels balanced and real—not perfect, but prepared.

  • Families are living systems—each person’s emotions, behaviors, and needs shape the whole. In family therapy, we create a space where everyone can be heard and understood. Together, we work through conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen communication so your family can grow in connection and care.

  • KAP is a gentle and supported way to help the mind open to new perspectives and deeper healing. In this approach, low doses of ketamine are used in a safe, therapeutic setting to loosen old patterns of thought and support emotional growth. We combine the medicine experience with talk therapy before, during, and after sessions to help you integrate insights and find lasting change.

  • Sometimes, a relationship needs more than an hour at a time. Couples intensives are extended sessions—half-day or full-day experiences—that allow partners to go deeper into the work. We slow things down, explore your story in detail, and help you see one another with new understanding. It’s a focused, immersive way to create real movement and healing together.

  • Your work is part of your story—how you express purpose, values, and identity. In career counseling, we explore where you are, where you want to go, and what might be getting in the way. Whether you’re seeking direction, meaning, or balance, you’ll find support in building a career path that feels aligned with who you are becoming.
